Andrew Bakarich is an experienced construction professional based in Ruse, New South Wales, with a strong background in commercial and residential construction, defect identification, quality assurance, trade coordination, and project completion works.

Andrew has worked across complex, high-profile construction projects where quality, safety, organisation, and attention to detail were essential. His experience includes supervising trades, coordinating daily workflows, conducting quality inspections, identifying defects, overseeing rectification works, and ensuring completed works meet required plans, specifications, and client expectations.

As a Leading Hand with Lendlease, Andrew worked on major Sydney developments, including Crown Casino, One Sydney Harbour, and the South East Plot.
